Salad with Serrano ham and sliced almonds

This salad is a perfect option for all those who want to enjoy animal protein together with the benefits of nuts. The best part is that this salad will only take a few minutes to prepare.

 

Ingredients

  • 200g of serrano ham
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ olive oil
  • Sliced almonds to your liking
  • cheese of your choice
  • spinach or basil

 

preparation mode

 

  1. You are going to take a bowl and in it you are going to mix the honey, the vinegar and the olive oil.
  2. Then, in another container, you are going to put together the Serrano ham, the almonds, the cheese, the spinach or basil and you are going to stir it until all the ingredients are mixed.
